A stunning restoration and extension of a Grade-IV listed 18th Century public house to create a new public bar and gastro-restaurant with 60 covers. Works were undertaken in a prominent land-locked location adjacent to one of the island’s busiest road junctions.

HLG were responsible for cost management including setting a cost plan and budgeting, contractors valuations and the provision of the final accounts, at all times ensuring the client had visibility and certainty over project expenditure.

HLG also attended client and progress meetings assisting in the overall delivery of this significant restoration project
