Rubis Fuel Station, Jersey

Restoration of an existing fuel station on the outskirts of St Helier that is noted for its art deco features.

Works involved installation of new below-ground petrol storage cylinders, new structural works to form workshop enclosure, car lifts, and ancillary accommodation; roof coverings, wall/floor finishes, external landscaping and fixtures/fittings / equipment (car lift, petrol pumps).

HLG provided project management and quantity surveying services on the project and were involved from inception to completion. HLG were initially appointed to provide a report on the project status, and overall next steps.
