Creating a "Super" Home

With multiple aspects, access points, and uses for the space.

One of the most technically-challenging residential projects undertaken in Jersey. The works involved removing the upper floor of the existing property, extending upwards with a new storey, extending down and outwards into the gardens, and creating a new annexe block.

All of these works were completed on a site almost 270-degrees of which look out to headland/cliff paths and has a single access point on a small (main) road.

The works created a stunning ‘super’ home that comprises 7 residential suites, 8 receptions, a downstairs (below-ground) entertainment space, parking for 12 cars, and separate annexe with accommodation for staff and/or guests, and significant landscaped external areas.

HLG provided project management and quantity surveying services from inception to completion.
