The completed building delivers a high-quality food retail store, a veterinary surgery, an assisted living retail store, and a future community healthcare centre and over 120 parking spaces, all in a neatly-designed campus based around the remodelled 19th century schoolhouse.

Crucially, the funding strategy adopted was consistent with the stakeholders’ desired outcomes for a sustainable facility that would not result in any increase on the parish rates.

HLG were involved from inception to completion of the project, and assisted the client with strategy and planning, sourcing and appointing consultants, managing the design process, sourcing and appointing the main contractor, and supervising the construction and closing of final account.
