Project created a new café with bakery and servery facilities, as well as meeting rooms and a new entrance and structural enhancements.

HLG provided both project management and quantity surveying services on the project.

HLG were involved from inception to completion, and assisted the client with strategy and planning, sourcing and appointing consultants, managing the design process, appointment of contractor, and supervising the construction and closing of final accounts.

The project delivers a commercial facility from the charity’s space that can be used for raising income and helping to promote and fund the charity’s work in Jersey.
