Bob joined the HLG team in 2020 where his main role focuses on the production of bills of quantities (Masterbill), order of cost estimates, cost plans, contractors’ quotations and project management of live contracts.  Bob’s aim is to provide excellent client service and satisfaction.

Having started his career as a Quantity Surveyor, working on several States of Jersey projects, including the Jersey General Hospital, he branched out into contracting where he has gained over 30 years’ invaluable experience in the local industry, forging strong relationships with local professional practices, contractors and subcontractors.  His experience covers large projects such as contracts for the States of Jersey, Parish projects, housing developments including bespoke private dwellings.  

In his spare time, Bob takes part in competitive swimming, and regularly competes in indoor and open water swimming events. A member of Royal Jersey Golf Club, he is a keen golfer, and thoroughly enjoys outdoor activities, from running and hiking to birdwatching. Bob is an active member of the Jersey community, having been President of both the Jersey Badminton Club and Tigers (Jersey) Swimming Club.
