We're delighted that the outline planning consent for the development of the Leale's Yard site in Guernsey has been granted!

Well done to our clients, the Channel Islands Co-operative Society, and their delivery partner, Omnibus, on getting this across the line.

This development will deliver over 320 new homes, more than 120,000 square ft of new commercial space, over 400 new parking spaces, and new community and greenspace.

Leale's Yard will be built on land that is not currently in use, representing a large investment in the Guernsey economy. It's also the first CI development to explore the use of large-scale modular accommodation, helping the scheme to progress quicker and with more certainty on price and schedule.
